Chaplain Joe Willis at Wheatland Feb 22

Home > News & Events > Chaplain Joe Willis at Wheatland Feb 22

We look forward to having Chaplain (COL) Joe Willis with us in both services on Sunday, February 22.  Colonel Willis has just begun a new role with the FBFI—Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International—where he serves to recruit, train, and help to manage an expanding team of chaplains like himself.

Colonel Willis has just completed a long and illustrious military career as the Deputy Command Chaplain assigned to the US Central Command Headquarters (USCENTCOM) in MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.

Willis said “I personally have had the privilege of working and creating relationships with chaplains from all over the world. Many of these individuals are men of great renown and highly respected religious leaders in their respective countries. Operationally, we are responsible to work with our military services and coalition partners to make sure that we have the right mix of chaplains to meet the constitutional religious needs of all those in our area that desire to worship freely, wherever they may be located in the world.”

Chaplain Willis will be a great blessing as he shares his ministry and preaches the Word of God.  He is a faithful servant of Christ and loves the Lord and God’s people.  We will receive a love offering.
